The benefits and
amenities of the Parkglen Retirement Community at Keysborough are
available to you on a "Lifetime Occupancy Agreement". Each
unit is fully independent with appropriate assistance available when
needed in an emergency.
Prior to occupancy, you invest with us an amount
of:
* $260,000 for a free standing 2 bedroom unit with garage
* $250,000 for a 2 bedroom unit with garage
* $180,000 for a 1 bedroom unit.
This investment gives you the right to reside
within the community and utilise all its many features. You can
also leave the community at any time of your own choosing or remain
with us indefinitely.
