For those who wish to take part, social functions are almost never ending and include outings like theatre trips and picnics, barbeques, dinners, bingo, indoor bowls, concerts and cards.  There is literally something for everyone. And whilst no community is immune from crime, at Parkglen we place enormous importance on the safety and security of our residents.  All residents have an emergency call system and Parkglen is staffed 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.  There are security cameras and regular security patrols to give peace of mind.

Parkglen was founded in 1982 and is owned by the Druids Friendly Society Retirement Community Limited. Parkglen employs no sales people, just wonderful staff and residents who make the community such a happy and vibrant place.
